Why are your prices higher than the cheap freelancers I have spoken to?
Because we are not freelancers. You get a senior team, a structured process, security hardening, performance optimisation, accessibility compliance, and post-launch support. Cheap quotes usually skip most of that, and you pay for it later in rebuilds and breach incidents.
Are the prices on this page final?
They are starting points. Final cost depends on scope, integrations, and content production. We give you a fixed-price quote in writing during the strategy phase, before any design work begins. No surprises mid-project.
What payment terms do you offer?
For projects under £7,500 we take 50% deposit and 50% on launch. For larger projects, 30% deposit, 40% at design sign-off, 30% on launch. Monthly retainers from £1,500 are also available for clients who prefer to spread cost across 3 to 6 months.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
For registered UK charities we offer 15% off project fees. For pre-revenue startups we sometimes accept a small equity component instead of cash. Both are case-by-case and need to be agreed during the proposal stage.
What is included in security audit pricing?
